The staff tends to be a tad pushy - offering coupons and then stalking you around the store to remind you the price of the item if you factor in the coupon. Offering other colors and styles - typically unrelated to the item in my hand.
The styles don't change too often so if you want traditional Coach designs you can easily find them.
